About me

I am Lida Ghodsi-Godé, a dedicated artist and photographer of Franco-Iranian origin.

My academic journey includes a bachelor's degree in Crafts from the Faculty of Arts in Tehran, followed by a master's degree in Archaeology from the same city. Later, I furthered my artistic knowledge by obtaining a master's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Valenciennes.

My artistic work is recognized and appreciated, featuring in prestigious collections such as those of the Museum of Confluences in Lyon, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tehran, as well as in private collections worldwide.

As a committed photographer, I strive to use my art to give a voice to those who are often forgotten, shedding light on social injustices, environmental challenges, and human struggles.

Over the years, I have participated in numerous group exhibitions, offering the public the opportunity to discover my artistic universe. My latest group exhibition took place in 2019 at the Royal Monastery of Brou, where my works were presented as part of the event "Veiled, Unveiled."

In parallel, I have also had the privilege of presenting several solo exhibitions since 1995, with the most recent one occurring in 2013 in the gardens of the City Hall of Palaiseau.

In addition to my artistic work, I have gained significant experience in designing and supervising the installation of artworks and relief frescoes in Iran.

As an educator, I have had the opportunity to teach at several renowned universities in Iran, including Tehran, Tabriz, Alzahra, and Jahad. I have also collaborated with these institutions to supervise students' theses, thereby contributing to the artistic education of the next generation.

Furthermore, I have been the owner of the company "cetteimage" since 2012, where I have been able to put my artistic and entrepreneurial skills into practice.

I am delighted to share my journey and my love for art with you, and I hope you will enjoy exploring my work through this website.
